Your Suggestions in Action!
With more and more people working from home, the need to keep our devices charged has become a top priority. No matter the type of device you use to keep you productive, most have one common element, a usb plug or adapter.
For years, a majority of home builders, including SeaGate Homes, have continued to install traditional phone jacks even as Americans have moved away from land-lines in favor of cell phones. No longer will this be the case!
After receiving many suggestions from homeowners, our team has worked hard to reassess our plans across the board. All SeaGate Homes and SeaGate Luxury Properties floor plans now have two pre-installed usb outlets (per plan – see a New Home Sales Consultant for details). We have also removed unnecessary phone jacks to keep your new home free of unwanted or unnecessary outlets.
