SeaGate Homes Expands Services to Select Areas in Volusia, St. Johns, and Flagler Counties
SeaGate Homes, recognized as Flagler County's premier homebuilder, is excited to announce the expansion of our new home building services to select locations in Volusia and St. Johns Counties, alongside continued offerings in Flagler County.

Our pricing structure is based on a 10,000 square foot lot with a 25-foot front setback; and does not include site development costs, fill dirt, utility impact fees, or city/county impact fees. Additional costs may apply for lot acquisition, site-related expenses beyond standard allowances, construction financing fees, closing costs, septic systems, private water services, and any required culvert pipes or survey work to determine base flood elevations. A boundary survey allowance of $600 is also included. New home building services are contingent upon an approved lot inspection.
Each home package features up to 8,000 square feet of Floritam sod, a four-zone irrigation system, professionally designed landscape package, and essential surveys (form board, foundation, and final). Additionally, customers will benefit from a new home orientation with their construction manager, a comprehensive one-year workmanship warranty, a two-year systems warranty, and an industry-leading 15-year structural warranty. Homeowners will also enjoy a personalized consultation with a designer to craft their unique dream home.
SeaGate Homes offers a diverse selection of customizable floorplans equipped with premium features, including:
- 36- or 42-inch wall cabinets
- Level 1 granite countertops
- Samsung stainless steel appliances (electric range, microwave, vent hood, and dishwasher)
- Moen faucets
- Sherwin Williams paint
- Decorative light fixtures
- Recessed and vaulted ceilings (per plan)
- Level 1 tile flooring in key areas
- Mohawk carpeting in living areas and bedrooms
