A new Best of the Best Contest has emerged. It takes the place of both previous awards and combines them with a nomination round and then a final run-off. SeaGate Homes has come out on top all 3 years -2021, 2022 & 2023.

Best of the Best - 3 Consecutive Years

Starting in 2017, the News-Journal started a runoff competition between the winners from Flagler County, Daytona and West Volusia. SeaGate Homes has been voted the best of the best all three years!

9-Time Best of Flagler County Winner

SeaGate Homes is proud to have been selected by our community as the area's best homebuilder nine times.

Builder Achievements

Top 200 List

Each year the Builder's Magazine team compiles the data of builder's across the country. SeaGate Homes broke into the list at #200 in 2017 and we held that position in 2018. SeaGate Homes moved up to #155 in 2019 and to #142 in 2020. By 2021, SeaGate Homes reached #174, inched up to #173 in 2022, and in 2023 SeaGate Homes jumped 41 spots to #132!

Top 10 Fastest Growing Firms

In 2020, SeaGate Homes was also named to the Top 10 Fastest-Growing Firms in The Next 100 showing 61.1% growth.

Flagler County Parade of Homes

SeaGate Homes has participated in the Flagler County Parade of Homes on numerous occasions and has amassed several awards including the Grand Award, Award of Excellence, and Realtor's Choice.

Builder Achievement Awards - Zero Structural Warranty Claims

The Builder Achievement Awards Program from 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty is a special program designed to acknowledge outstanding performance in the home-building industry. In 2019 and 2020, SeaGate Homes won the Premier Builder Award, and in 2021 and 2022 SeaGate achieved top honors receiving the Platinum Builder Award.
