Home builders call them by many names; Move-In Ready, Spec, and Inventory, just to name a few; but what does that really mean to you?

At SeaGate Homes, we call them Quick Move-In Homes and they are homes we have already started building so they can be completed and closed in a shorter time frame. Building a brand-new home can be an exciting venture, but not everyone has the time to wait twelve months (or more) to move. In our experience, there is a good percentage of buyers who need to move quickly due to relocation or because of the ease of purchasing a completed home. For that market, we maintain a pipeline of homes that have been pre-designed and are under construction. 

Our Quick Move-In Homes are individually selected and designed by our team to encompass the most popular floor plans, options and finishes currently available. All finishes in our Quick Move-In Homes are carefully selected by our in-house interior designers after the location and floor plan have been vetted by the leader of our Sales and Marketing team. The price of a Quick Move-In Home includes the land and all the upgrades that have been added to the home. And while changes cannot be made to a Quick Move-In Home, these homes are usually ready within a few shorts months of being made available for sale.
