Parade of Homes 2020 is a Go!

The 2020 Flagler Parade of Homes has been rescheduled to August 22rd through August 30th. This year we invite you to tour the model homes for SeaGate Homes and SeaGate Luxury Properties. 

Located at 13 Parkview Drive, the SeaGate Homes Willow Model serves as the homebase for our Palm Coast On-Your-Lot team and offers a taste of the various finishes, styles and colors available. The Willow Model features a screened lanai, upgraded kitchen and café cabinets, granite counters, a Samsung appliance package and many other must-see options.

If you are looking to build in one of Palm Coast’s premier communities or locations, then the just completed St. Andrew’s Model at 8 Cimmaron Drive should be your first stop. This beautiful two-story home situated on a stunning canal lot showcases the options and personalization available from SeaGate Luxury Properties. Models will be open to the public during the Flagler County Parade of Homes Monday through Saturday from 10 am until 5 pm and Sunday from Noon until 5 pm.
